You ever have a day where no one listens no one makes you feel comfortable. No one actually tries to help you well I had a day like that three weeks ago. I’m just now putting this review up because I feel like it’s important for people to know. My day was horrible that Thursday. But I came into the pharmacy at Wegmans and for the first time all day I felt special. I felt important, CT and I will never forget his name went above and beyond to make sure I had everything that I needed. It’s like he could tell. I was frustrated and he did what he could to keep me calm and make sure that I got all the medications that I needed and make sure to direct me to who I need to speak to if he didn’t know a certain thing about a medication just so I can have a clear understanding, because this health issue that I’ve dealt with since then was very confusing but he helped make everything better in a sense. Customer Service like that isn’t taught it’s in him and it was absolutely outstanding. Love coming to Wegmans as I live out of town. Great stop and they had everything I needed. I also picked up fresh sliced mango and it was the best ever.

One of the best grocery stores in America! No doubt.. plus customer service is always exceptional. Not cheap on some items.. but the quality is top tier in my opinion. Never dissatisfied. 🤠

This is an excellent grocery store in Charlottesville. In every aspect..far superior to the competition. You should definitely visit the market cafe if you haven't already. Wegmans wins!!

The Wegman’s in Charlottesville is absolutely amazing and beautiful, the bakery items look like individual pieces of art in Paris. Karen, is absolutely the sweetest and very helpful. The whole store has a great layout, wide variety of produce, premade meals, and the list goes on. You can tell the Store Manager takes pride in how the store looks and Wegman’s itself only gives you the best. We love it there!!!! The deli is amazing and makes the best subs!! Whether your a single person family or multiple people Wegman’s can certainly cover all your needs.
